Our process utilizes subject-matter experts from the professional specialty for item creation, evaluation of difficulty, and assurance that each item is testing knowledge that is critical to the delivery of safe and effective patient care. We are the only Healthcare Competency Testing company in the US that provides evidence of validation. It’s true. If you are not currently an UNA client, ask your current testing vendor to provide you with a “validation technical report”.
